<Job Responsibilities>
- Carrying out purchasing activities
+ Looking for suppliers, negotiating for price negotiation and monitoring the quality of purchased materials
enter and contract
+ Check related documents: Contract, Invoice, Packing list, check CDF (import declaration),
CO ..., customs records for orders purchased from abroad (Import).
- Implementation of sales operations:
+ Search and take care of customers
+ Performing professional operations according to domestic sales process (Contracting, delivery contact, ...)
and foreign sales process - Export (Prepare and check Contract, Invoice, place cont, please
CO (certificate of origin), Customs documentation inspection, ...)
- Monitor and manage domestic and foreign orders
- Warehouse management: Warehouse management, freight forwarding, Checking and exiting
- Professional-related jobs required by superiors
<Essential skill/ experience>
- Gender: Male Only
- Age: 23 - 35
- College/ University Degree majored in Economics, Foreign Trade, Business Administration
- At least 1 - 2 years working experience in purchasing or import/export position in chemical Industry.
- Language: English: communication OR Japanese: N3 Level
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, able to work under high pressure and able to work independently.
