Tenant Coordinator (TC)- Construction

<Job Responsibilities>
Following the request from a shopping mall, they position need to coordinate between the general contractor and tenant
・Create and submit a parcel drawing to each tenant based on instructions from the shopping mall.
・Participate in meetings with tenant owners and tenant designers
・Check the drawings designed by the tenant and confirm that they are not in violation of the rules of the shopping mall. Provide guidance if necessary
・ Instruct and manage tenant workers(Rest space, smoking etc...)
・ Check the progress of tenant construction with the construction progress plan for the entire shopping mall
・ Check and report requests from tenants to Supervisor and shopping mall then create and submit additional quotations in accordance
・ Make Report about progress to Japanese and Vietnamese senior managers
・ Other assigned tasks

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age:25 - 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor Degree related with architecture
・Language: English Conversational level
・Having Experience in Interior/Facility supervisor or Engineer or site manager in construction field
・Skill: AutoCAD, Excel, Word

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Shopping mall project
・Japanese Language skill
