<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform PDCA for all other departments
- Calculate the potential capability of the process department
- Support technical related tasks include mold processing, fixing, maintenance, and other departments in the Mold section
- Improve the mold processing production
- Apply solutions to deal with production errors
- Manage all the machines and equipment in the Mold processing department
- Train and assess team members
- Maintain 9001:2015 and ISO 14001 system
- Improve working environment based on Kaizen, 5S methods
- Communicate with clients to receive feedback
- Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical Engineering
- Age from 30 to 40 years old
- Gender: any
- English conversational level
- From 3 years of experiences as Mold Manager in manufacturing companies
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint
- Experienced in mold precision processing, dealing with plastic mold errors
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- English business level or Japanese business level
- Experienced working in Japanese companies
