<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage all staff in Call center
- KPI (Key Performance Indicators) management such as;
Sales, number of incoming calls, number of responses, response rate, average call time, average post-processing time, average processing time, average waiting time, number of cases processed per hour, utilization rate, abandoned call rate, absentee rate
- Operate a call center that can make profits by making decisions and making improvements based on individual KPI
- Training for operators, numerical management, and communication with clients (meeting details of products with Japanese company)
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : Any
- Gender : Any
- Japanese Skill : Fluent (N1 level)
- More than 1 year experiences as manager in any industry
- Management Skill
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in Call Center
- English Skill : Conversational level
