<Job Responsibilities>
・Supporting Vietnamese costumers via phone/ email at office
・Making an estimate of airline tickets, booked hotel and traveling tour
・Negotiating purchase with suppliers
・Communicate with partner company *Vietnamese travel agency
・Interpret when Japanese Director has appointment with Vietnamese company
・Make document
・(If necessary) Picking costumer up at the airport

・Qualification: Bachelor
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 22-28
・2+ Customer service/ Sales Assistant/ Assistant to Japanese in any industry
・Be interested in traveling industry
