Production Manager - Automobiles

- Perform management and operation job, set up production procedure, manage all activities on assembly lines: engine sub-assembly, chassis sub-assembly, cabin sub-assembly, parts- sub-assembly.
- Provide methods to prevent problems arising during production procedures, conduct problem analysis, error evaluation, problem-solving, co-operate with relevant departments to implement countermeasure, follow problem-solving clearly.
- Develop plan, set up goals for quality, efficiency, productivity, cost, human resources and reduce production costs as well as labor costs.
- Manage and direct the subordinate management team and workers in workshops; Arrange manpower to meet the schedule; Set up training on skills, knowledge of automobile, testing, production methods, etc.
- Supervise and guide subordinates to implement 5S, Safety, CCCF, fire prevention, daily environmental hygiene, planning for activities on annual basis, follow up and report on a regular basis.
- Develop ISO-9001 standards, coordinate with other departments to maintain and upgrade quality systems.
- Introduce solutions to automate production step by step, standardize production methods, shorten standard time (Tack time), along with technical design team to kaizen; assembly line improvement; equipment improvement; and follow implementation process.
- Prepare production plan, adjust the plan in accordance with monthly business requirements and timely delivery.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree (mechanical, electrical or automobile field)
- Age: from 33 years old
- Gender: Male only
- English business level
- From 4 years of working experience in manager position in production department and/or assembly in automobiles, bike manufacturing industry
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of factory management, automobile assembly, mechanical manufacturing plant, knowledge of worker management
- Knowledge of personnel management, training plan for workers, technicians
- Report and presentation skills
- Good problem-solving skill
