<Saturday Working: No *If necessary, work weekend at store>
<Job Responsibilities>
・Find tenant property at shopping mall
・Negotiate the condition of a contract with lessor to lease
・Arrange supplier company
・Propose basic interior design for new store and existing store they redecorate
・Process control of construction
・Make investment profit planning
・Support sales team to improve store
・Assist new General Director’s task; Manage schedule, arrange business trip and etc.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor degree
・Language Skills: Japanese Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-40
・3+ years’ Secretary or Assistant to Director experience in any industry
・Management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Service industry
・Has strong relationship with shopping mall
・Store development experience
