仕事詳細
• Implement management and monitor production plans to achieve goals.
• Manpower management, production equipment.
• Carry out handling, reporting and directives when problems occur
• Implement continuous improvement to enhance the production capacity of the department
• Organize the training for subordinates
• Other tasks assigned by managers.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 30 - 45. Gender: Any. Living and household in Hai Duong
- Education: Colledge Diploma in technical field
-Experience: 5 ~ 7 years working in manufacturing company & 3 years working as a manager & have experience in plastic molding industry
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・ Language: Japanese equivalent to N4 or higher
