<Job Responsibilities>
• Set department's KPI and monitor activities to ensure that the set KPI is reached.
• Implement general management of Plastic Mold department: production plan, staff, machinery, ...
• Be responsible to the board of directors for the activities of the department
• Other tasks assigned by directors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 30 - 45. Gender: Any. Living and household in Hai Duong
- Education: Colledge Diploma in technical field
- Experience: 5 ~ 7 years working in manufacturing company & 3 years working in an equivalent management position & have experience in plastic molding industry
