<Job Responsibilities>
They have sales and maintenance department that handles machine sales, maintenance, and peripheral device manufacturing
- Support each departments
- Prepare contracts and calculate estimates
- Proceed with procedures related to import / export (custom clearance work is outsourced)
- Correspond to visitors and calls
- Organize necessary documents
- Other tasks assigned by Vietnamese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 23 - 32
- Gender : Female only
- Japanese skill : Conversational level
- English skill : Conversational level
- More than 2 years experiences as assistant in any industry
- Having knowledge of import / export
- Good communication skill
- Person who can work for long term (diligent personality)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Having working experiences in machinery of food related industry
- Working experiences in Japan
- Bachelor Degree : Graduate from economic
