<Job Responsibilities>
- Identify needs, develop content, implement employee training programs.
- Coordinate with the Head of departments / departments to grasp the training needs at the departments to plan the development of internal training programs, external training programs to suit the reality, meet the conditions. of the company.
- Organize training courses, guide internal trainers.
- Search and cooperate with external training service providers.
- Develop criteria, assessment methods and implement activities to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Join direct training for employees.
- Make reports on training and human resource development to management levels.
- Perform other jobs under the direction of superiors.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical
- Gender: Male preferred, over 30
- Language: English: Business Level or Japanese N3
- Having at least 3 years of experience in relevant positions, preferably candidates who have worked in the field of engineering.
Priority to candidates who have experience doing training in production companies> 1,000 employees.
- Candidates who have participated in and built an enterprise training system, business training program.
- Experienced in training, practical training, ability to teach and inspire learning for students
