<Job Responsibilities>
・Assign to Sourcing team
・Developing suitable products for Japan market.
・Proposing Vietnamese factory and material which meet Japanese merchandiser of head office’ needs.
・Working closely with Merchandising team on following up with purchase orders and reviewing contractors’ performance.
・Supervising local contractors in terms of the quality of raw materials, semi-products, end-products; sample checking and approval; production progress; packaging and delivery.
・Going to contractors’ site for on periodical basis for regular follow-up, or case by case to solve arising problems, or on sudden visits for random check.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College diploma
・Language Skills: Japanese Business level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24-35
・2+ years of working experience as Merchandiser or Sales or Product Development in any industry ** it's better that having in related to chemical (Cosmetics, toner, shampoo, supplement and etc.)
・Trading knowledge
・Willing to learn new things
