Chinese Speaking Rental Sales- Construction Machine

<Job Responsibilities>
・ Mainly this position is in charge of Chinese client and local clients
・ Sometimes have business trips (about once a month at least).
・ Learn sales way from supervisor with on the job training
・ Approach new clients by visiting their offices or existing client’s introduction, Tele sales
・ Preparation of documents, presentation etc.
・ There is no sales assistant, all sales clerk are self-handled
・ Responsibility for sales target each month and related sales projects.
※Rental team: Main clients are General Contractor and Sub Contractor
They will meet project manager in these company

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Age:22-30 years old
-Gender: Any
- Language Skills: English more than conversational level(Internal Communication) and Chinese Business level
- More than 2 years sales experienced in any industry(Not service sales) or Working experience in Construction industry(like a engineer or site manager)
-Fresh graduate candidate can apply

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Rental:Sales in the same construction equipment rental field ( for example Komatsu, NSIO Rentor, Azure Rental), or sales experience in the construction industry. (Because the customer is a construction
company or its subcontractor, there are meetings with people in the field, so some knowledge of basic construction industry knowledge and technical terms is better)
