<Job Responsibilities>
- Make draft working plan, budget and closing annual results
- Propose role of each staff and Manager to General Manager, instruct and supervise staffs about daily work
- Educate each staff, manage personnel, assess the performance of staff
- Review the proposal of Credit Rating of Customer and Supplier
- Help General Manager for coordination for setting up Credit Limit, Long-Short Transaction Limit and purchasing assets
- Help General Manager for Deliberation, Approving, Follow-up
+ Checking request for SO Release and Release on ERP
+ Monitoring outstanding of A/R balance and Credit Limit
+ Supporting Overdue debt collection
- Help General Manager for Deliberation, Approving, Follow-up for purchasing, lending, borrowing, disposal and maintenance assets
- Any other tasks based on instruction from General Manager

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Qualification: Bachelor degree of Accounting/ Banking major
- Language Skills: English Business Level
- Gender: Male Preferred
- Age: 27-35
- More than 5 years working experience as risk management job or credit analysis at manufacturing company.
- Have 2 years experience in Banking, especially he/ she has experience in handling export transactions like L/C (ACTG or Banking experiences)
- Management experience over 2 years with min 3-4 subordinates.
- Fast, proactive, deadline commitment.
- Goals-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Open-minded, flexibility, friendly.
