- Responsible for all HR and GA tasks
- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Take care of employee welfare (insurance, social security, health checkup)
- Work with the government to get licenses
- Manage documents, make contracts for staffs
- Other assigned jobs by Manager
- Age: 30-45. Gender: Any
- Education: Colledge Diploma
- Experience: 5 years of experience as HR staff, including 1 year as HR Manager in any industry
- Have experience in setting new factory with over 30 staffs
- Language: Japanese Business level
