- Coordinate internal team and third party resources to do the project
- Responsible for training, assign and support PM members to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within the scope and within budget.
- Take part in recruiting PM members
- Evaluate the work results of the PM members
- Participate in building and arranging resources for the project
- Monitor project progress and confirm with stakeholders if necessary
- Evaluate and measure project performance by appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Periodically report and transfer issues arising in the project to higher levels (GM) if necessary
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and all stakeholders
- Supervise the implementation of risk management to minimize project risks
- Resolve conflicts between projects if necessary.
- Ensure that necessary project documents are created and maintained up to date
- Establish and ensure that projects comply with the company's project management process

- Education: Bachelor degree in IT
- Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 equivalent) and English Conversational Level (good reading and writing skill)
- Experience: 7 years of experience as PM, manage outsourcing projects for Japanese customers
- Experience in managing many projects with diverse technologies.
- Experience in managing teams of at least 50 people.
- Experience in participating in Web App / Native App / Mobile Game projects
- Good skills to explain and negotiate with customers
- Having solid knowledge about Waterfall, V-Model, Agile software development models
- Ability to make suggestions and analyze logic, systematically.
- Know the requirements of the security system and policies
