Sales Assistant – Automobile Parts

<Products: Aluminum parts for car, machine and etc. >
<Clients: Japanese/ Vietnamese/ Foreign Automobile parts and Manufacturing company>
<Saturday Working: Every other Saturday>

<Job Responsibilities>
・After joining, get training to learn technical knowledge 4 days per week for 3 months at Dong Nai factory (Long Duc IP) *Saturday full day
・[50%] Prepare for new project
・Consider process schedule
・According to IATF, create documents
・Cooperate with technical team; Try prototype model of mold and etc.
・[30%] Make phone calls to find new clients /to get appointments *Company in Vietnam 50%, overseas 50%
・Visit client office/factory to have meeting
・Prepare estimate and invoice
・Go on business trip with Japanese Sales to ASEAN counties, India, Korea, Japan, EU and other countries *If candidate hopes. Japanese Sales has 2 times per month
・[20%] Make activity report of own and Japanese Sales person

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: College Diploma
・Language Skills: English Business Level *Can communicate with foreign clients
・Gender: Male preferable
・Age: 22-30
・At least 1 year’s QC experience at manufacturing company
・If you have automobile manufacturer's knowledge, new graduate candidate can apply

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in automobile/ automobile parts industry
・QC, QA knowledge
・Can read technical drawing
・IATF, ISO knowledge
