<Job Responsibility >
- To contact to local and international suppliers or manufacturers and inquiry for quotation, and other required documents.
- To check and input the terms and conditions on Purchase Orders and other contract document under the instruction of Procurement Executive / Manager.
- To Operate Procurement System called e-PBCS to issuing PO and Control those Order.
- To coordinate with each Sub system manager, construction team and Logistic team to complete Orders, including Document checking such as “Request for Procurement”.
- To support negotiation and other Procurement Activities for Procurement Executive/Manager, interpret/translate English – Vietnamese
- To control/confirm the Contract Price and Invoice amount for Controlling the Payment.
- To update the Procurement Schedule for Various Items.
- Any tasks instructed by Procurement manager


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University degree, preferable major in Commercial, Economics .. etc ..
- Fluent in English, in particular strong skill in speaking, writing, interpretation and translation in English.
- From 3 - 4 years working experience in a multi-cultural Procurement team/company such as Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing staff ..etc
- Good report and negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Hard working, a team player with good interpersonal skills and comfortable liaising with people across all levels.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to pay attention to details.

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience working for construction project is preferable
