<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing and operating the Project Management Division;
- Leading the development of strategies and plans in the field of project management along the vertical axis;
- Organizing and managing the overall activities of the Project Management Division including the development / planning, implementation, leadership, control and improvement of activities, processes and systems, and resources ... of the Project Management Division.
- Directing the quality control, price, progress, ... consulting contracts, construction of works and projects;
- Operating (planning, implementing, controlling) works / projects in all aspects (human resources, time /progress, costs, quality, acceptance, information, safety, environment, complaints, risks, ...) during project implementation and construction. Including operating and controlling contracts, volume, arising, acceptance, settlement.
- Prepare plans and professional reports at the request of the General Director.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Nationality: Vietnamese or Foreigner.
- Graduated from University, major in Construction
- Gender:Prefer Male from 35
- English: Business Level
- Experience, certificates related to Project Management / Design / Supervision ...
- At least 10 years experience in the field of Steel Structure Project Management and 5 years of experience in the same position.
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management.
- Has in-depth knowledge of management (strategic planning, finance,…), team leadership and staffing.
- Honest, drastic, responsible in work.
