<Job Responsibilities>
1. Planning:
Implement instructions from the Board of Directors to build vision, mission, core values, long-term goals for the company.
Managing Departments / Divisions in the Company to set up goals and targets for each Division / Division / Division to ensure the achievement of the Company's overall goals.
2. Administration:
Provide recommendations, solutions, strategies, etc. with the Executive Board to build a system of regulations at the company level and Departments / Boards / Departments to ensure the overall goals of the Company.
Ensuring the administration system is updated and working effectively.
3. Process improvement:
Continually monitor and propose improvements, adjustments and upgrades of processes to optimize management, save costs and ensure the company's operations are effective.
4. Control:
Building operational control system for the Company.
Building the approved apparatus and organization system.
5. Reporting System:
Responsible for developing and implementing an effective and quality reporting system for BOD.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- University degree in Construction/ Business Administration/ System Administration
- Gender:Prefer Male from 35
- English: Business Level
- Experiences: 05 year of experience or more in the same position
- Computer: Business Level
- Ready to go business trips.
- Good in communication and negotiation skills.
