Senior Accountant - Manufacturing

GENERAL INFORMATION

•Position: Senior Accountant - Manufacturing

•Level: Subsection Chief 

•Contract Term: Permanent

•Recruitment Reason: New-hire 

•Expected joining date: ASAP

•Work Location: Binh Duong Province

•Work Time: Mon-Sat, 8:00-17:00 (1th and 3th Sat are working day)

•Allowance(s): Company trip, Meal, No company car

•Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

•Benefit(s): Under VN law

•Selection Process: Two rounds /face-to-face (Second is with CEO)

JOB DUTIES:

•Report to Vietnamese team leader (male) or Japanese Manager 

•Manage (1 VN in the future)

•Assigned to Accounting team.

Job Responsibilities:

•Handling accounting reports written in English and Japanese.

•Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

•Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results

•Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant

•Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures

•Provide input into department’s goal setting process

•Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule

•Assist with tax audits and tax returns

•Support month-end and year-end close process

•Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

•Liaise with our Financial manager and Accounting manager to improve financial procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Desirable Background & Experience:

•Qualification: Bachelor Degree 

•Certificate: Chief accountant Possessor 

•Language Skills

-English: more than pre business (especially reading, writing for accounting reports)

-Japanese: Basic Japanese would be preferable.

•Experience in working as an Accountant:

-Familiarity with financial accounting statements

-Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures

-Knowledge about import and export

-Good at using EXCEL

-Management experience

•Others : 

-Who can commute by themselves

-Working experience for Japanese company

Age: around 26-38 

Personality: Cheerful, honest, faithful, patient, responsible,

Accuracy and attention to detail

Atitude for numbers and quantitative skills

BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant

Relevant certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) will be preferred
