GENERAL INFORMATION
Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING – OFFICE MANAGER – BUSINESS CONSULTING
Level: Manager
Contract Term: Permanent
Recruitment Reason: Replacement for the current office manager
Expected joining date: ASAP
Work Location: HCMC
Work Time: Regular hours from Monday - Friday
Allowance(s): TBD
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review
Selection Process: Two or Three rounds
Others: Training in Japan / Business trip to Japan
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director (Male)
Manage Vietnamese office with around 20 people
Job Responsibilities:
- In charged of all administration tasks related to the office in Vietnam
- Recruiting new employees
- Managing Vietnamese staffs
- Doing company’s accounting/ general affair.
- Reporting/ communicating to Japanese headquarter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree or above
- Language Skills:
• Japanese more than N2 (be able to write email in professional style) is compulsory.
• English is preferable
- Finance, Accounting knowledge is compulsory
- Admin & HR knowledge
- Office Management background
- Proficient in MS office.

- Personality: management skill, number driven ability, can work under pressure with high responsibility, be able to do multiple tasks.
