JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Manager
Assigned to Agriculture Product Dept (Coffee)
Job Responsibility:
- To perform the delivery job and handle all documentation job: Monitoring vessel nomination in harmony with Tokyo side and shippers, support & cooperate with other team members to meet the Sales target in the fiscal year.
- To manage business accounting job by using business and accounting system (SAP)
- Checking & ensuring accuracy figures of all transactions incurred in month
- Other duties upon request of Department GM.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Experience and Background:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree, Graduated from Foreign Trade University is the best.
- Language Skills: English: business level
- Understanding international trade
- Knowledge of import-export
- 2 years working experience in the same field.
Desirable Character:
- Gender: Female
- Age: 24 - 30
- Others: Careful, detailed, calm, reliable, enthusiastic, responsibility
