Japanese speaking - Sales Engineer - Machinery

<Job Responsibilities>
- Looking for potential customers (include Japanese companies and other foreign or other local companies in Vietnam) to sell Press Machines, which are so typical and requires specific knowledge about the products.
- Taking care of current customers by visiting them regularly, exchanging information related to customers and the market, researching customers' needs and giving feedback to managers for strategy plan,...
- Supporting Sales Manager in all Sales issues, even includes some Sales admin tasks


*Sales target: will be shared in the interview
*Initial Training: up to 3 months training abroad
*Annual Training: 6 months overseas
* Business trip: once to two times per month to HCM & frequently outside around Hanoi (mainly northern area Vietnam)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
** Educational level: From University - Majored in Mechanical or Electrical or Mechatronics Industry

** Experience:
- More than 3 years working experience in plants or factories which have the application of press machines
+ Worked as a Sales Person who sold machines or devices in the Mechanical industry
OR
+ Was a Leader or Manager in Maintenance team, Manufacturing Management team, Chain Equipment Management Team in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Industry AND also owning passion, orientation in sales with good communication skills
- Have ability to travel up to 50% or more

**Language:
- Japanese: ~ N2- used to communicate with Director and Japanese speaking clients
- English: Business level - mainly used to communicate internally with Managers

** Age: From 27 years old

** Be presentable in look with height from 160cm

** Understand Japanese culture. Have good attitude and communication etiquette.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
** Gender: Males is preferable

** Graduated from University of Science and Technology or Industrial University

** Candidate who have driving license

** Interview round: 2 online interview rounds
** Interviewers:
- Round 1: HR Manager and Sales Managers (Japanese and Thais)
- Round 2: General Director (Japanese), HR Manager (Singaporean), Sales Managers (Japanese and Thais)
- Interview language: Japanese and English
