GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: JAPANESE SPEAKING - GENERAL MANAGER - TRADING 
 Level: Manager
 Contract Term: Permanent 
 Recruitment Reason: Replacement
 Expected joining date: ASAP
 Work Location: HCMC
 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year 
 Benefit(s): Annual Leave 18 days per year / Insurance
 Selection Process: Two or Three rounds 


JOB DUTIES:
 Report to Japanese Manager(s)
 Manage HCM & Hanoi office
 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage HCMC and Hanoi office which include 16 people for the two offices.
- Making daily, weekly, monthly report to General directors (in Vietnam and in Japan)
- Business trip to Hanoi once a month.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: English – Business Level. Japanese more than N3
- Finance, Accounting knowledge (Obligatory)
- Admin & HR knowledge
- Office Management background around 5 years.
 Desirable Character:
- Gender: Any
- Age: From 37 - 45
- Personality: Good management skill, be able to handle multiple tasks.
