GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Shipping Assistant - Manufacturing 
 Level: Staff 
 Contract Term: Permanent

 Work Location: Ha Nam Province
 Work Time:
- 07:30-16:30 from Monday to Friday 
- 07:30-16:30 Saturday (entitled for alternate off for Saturday and every Sunday).
 Allowance(s): 
- Meal allowance VND30,000 per day, maximum is VND680,000.00 per month)
- Area allowance: VND450,000 per month
- Attendance Allowance: VND350,000 per month. No attendance allowance is provided if there is any absent from work, e.g. no pay leave or sick leave
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once or twice per year 
 Selection Process: Two or Three rounds




JOB DUTIES
 Report to Japanese Manager
Responsibilities: 
• Responsible for import / export declaration arrangement (e.g. materials and machines from overseas).
• Submission and application of necessary documents to government.
• Communication with forwarder and logistic company for delivery arrangement.
• Materials stock check and prepare inventory report.
• Issue PO to suppliers or purchase office equipment.
• Assist to administration issues.
• Communication and work with Hong Kong / Japan / China office
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned by Management.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Must:
 Gender: Female
 Age: 26 - 32
 Education : Graduated University 
 Language: fluent and good in English is a MUST (knowledge of Japanese is preferable but not a must)
 At least 3 years solid experience in custom declaration / shipping / logistics field.
 Good communication skill and ability to work with overseas office.
 Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently.
