Japanese Speaking- Sales/Marketing Staff - Staffing

<Job Responsibilities>
Tsubouchi Gakuen will establish Institution for sending technical intern trainees. This position will be incharge of Sales and Marketing task in there.
・Research and consulting services for prospective technical interns
・Create good relationship with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, job centers, provinces, cities, organizations, collaborators, etc.
・Organize and Gather Trainee candidate through Job Fair, Work shop, Seminar
・Build good relationships with banks to support technical interns in financial terms
・Gather Trainee Candidate using online marketing tactics, traditional marketing, social networks, etc...
・Manage and update content and news for Company website and fan pages of the Company
・Support Trainees to complete the necessary documents for going to work abroad (such as health examination, criminal record, passport, etc.)
・Assist other departments in the Company to complete the assigned tasks
・Report to the managers and Japan Headquarter
・Other tasks assigned by Managers


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 27-40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor degree
・Language: Japanese Business level
・Experience: More than 1 year working experience as Sales or Marketing in Institution for sending technical intern trainees

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Study in Japan
・Have knowledge about Japanese labor Law
・Well understand about Institution for sending technical intern trainees
