GENERAL INFORMATION
• Position: Japanese Speaking - General Administration - Real estate
• Level: Staff
• Contract Term: Permanent
• Recruitment Reason: Replacement
• Expected joining date: ASAP
• Work Location: District 3, HCMC
• Work Time:
o Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
• Allowance(s): Overtime / Transportation: Fuel allowance for bike/ Lunch allowance
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Director
Assigned to Only one JP Director and this position staff.
Job Responsibilities:
o Provide general support for JP Director, Japanese parent company and visitors of the company, especially will support all documents for Japanese expats to work legally in Vietnam.
o Interpretation at the meeting between Vietnam and Japan.
o Interpretation for visitors from Japan.
o Translation documents between Japanese, English and Vietnamese.
o Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, property, etc.
o Arrange business trip for employees including visa support and request payment for business trip allowance
o More details will be shared in the interview
o Business trip to Da Nang City or other cities sometime.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
o Qualification: Bachelor Degree
o Language Skills
1) Japanese business level: N2 hopefully N1
2) English business level
o Experience more than 5 years experiences as GA Admin
o Relevant working experience as GA for Japanese companies
o Ability to work with confidential documents, interpretation between Japanese, English and Vietnamese especially in the meeting.
o Good teamwork and customer service skills
o Who can take a taxi.
