Chief Accountant - Manufacturing

<Job tasks>
- Process invoices, staff claims and payments (both trade and non-trade).
- Check the content of the contract with customers/ suppliers and follow.
- Check all records, ledgers and day-to-day transactions (receipt voucher,
payment voucher,cash advances, assets… to post to the accounting system) which done by subordinates.
-Maintain Balance Sheet schedules eg: Fixed Assets, Prepayments,
Deposit, etc.
- Following bank transactions, current liabilities & receivable, long-term
liabilities & receivable,
assets, depreciation of assets, loans, owner’s equity…
- Make Financial Statement, Profit/ Loss, Cash Flow reports to the Parent
- Liaise with auditors and tax authorities.
- Check monthly/quarterly/yearly Tax declaration: VAT, PIT and relative
others.
- Update new law and regulations on tax and report to board members.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

Essential Requirements:
・Bachelor Degree
・Gender: Male
・Age: 40-50 years old
・Having working experience as a Chief accountant in Manufacturing industry at least 5 years
・Having Chief Accountant certificate
・Language: English Business Level (Internal use)
・Can use excel

<Preferable Skills / Experience>
・Having working experience in Japanese or Foreign company
・Having working experience in Binh Duong company because of Tax measures
・Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
・Language : Japanese conversational level
