<Job Responsibilities>
- Support Lawyer to consult clients about law issues
- Making/ Preparing all documents related related to DD, M&A.
- Making/ Preparing/ Review various contracts
- Law research
- Detailed tasks will be discussed in the interview.
<Essential Requirements>:
- Have or going to have Practicing Certificate for Lawyers
- Experience in M&A, Due Diligence
- English: business level
- Experience in drafting, reviewing commercial contracts, stock transfer contracts, capital contribution contracts, etc...
- At least 2 years experience in foreign law firms.
- Be careful, progressive, have a desire to work long term
