<Job Responsibilities>
・Supporting Admin, HR, Accounting Purchasing and Import & Export tasks
・Manage (including inventory control) and purchase stationary for all department
・Support to register work permit, resident card, housing, health examination for
Foreigner
・Follow all suppliers contract and renew on time
・Support events (New year, company trip…)
・Monthly payment: update and control monthly payment list then report to Director.
Make transaction to all vendors.
・Give document to Accounting office every month.
・In charge of some purchase activity:
- Color boxes, text book: based on last production and quotation then order,
for new items, check the spec material from ED
- Machine equipment (belt, bearing, oil): check purchase request/monthly
payment list then make.
- Find new materials/ suppliers when request.
・Make Export invoice, packing list, contract for Shipment
・Book shipment container with forwarder.
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : in Feb
- How many round interview : 2 times + Web CCM with JP head Office
- Expect joining day : From 1st Mar
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree (Must)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a HR or GA staff in any industry more than 2 years
・Language: English Business Level
・Having working experience these tasks(Salary Calculation, Insurance, Invoice or payment)
