GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: HSE ENGINEER - CONSTRUCTION
 Level: Staff 
 Contract Term: 2 to 3 year labor contract ( to be renewed according to the staff performance and project duration
 Recruitment Reason: Expansion
 Expected joining date: ASAP
 Work Location: HCMC
 Work Time: Mon - Fri [8h30 - 17h30] 
 Allowance(s): $50. Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Yearly bonus (depending to the staff performance and the company condition)
 Selection Process: Two rounds 


JOB DUTIES 
 Report to HSE senior Manager.
 Job Responsibility:
- Executing the development, generation and maintenance of the HTC CP3 Safety & Health documentation;
- Collect and compile minutes of Safety & Health Meetings;
- Coordinate and arrange Awareness Training & Orientation program;
- Assist Safety Manager in developing OSH Awareness Training modules; 
- Assist Safety Manager in preparation and distributions of Monthly Project Safety and Health Reports;
- Assist and ensuring the implementation of related inspection & audit program;
- Preparation of Safety and Health audit and inspection checklist;
- Assisting Safety Manager in executing audit and inspection in compliance with schedule;
- Monitor the recommendation for improvement and prevention of recurrence;
- Assist Safety Manager in development and implementation of Safety Personnel Development Program/Trainings requirement;
- Review and advise Safety Manager on Vietnam decrees, codes of practice, acts and regulations and translation where required on HSE related matters;
- Any other duties (related to OSH) that Safety Manager or the Management might assign that from time to time;
- To comply & adhere to all matters pertaining to Safety and Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the company;
- Assist the Environmental Senior engineer in compilation of the Environmental Report;
- Review Safety documentation .e.g. Method Statement Risk Assessments’ as directed by Safety Manager;
- Maintain all OHS registers and Permit To Work related documents;
- Participate in site inspection and Incident and Accident investigations.
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
• Registers and records to be updated monthly.
• Document review within set deadline.


JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Experience and Background:
- Educations/Qualifications: Degree in Management or related fields .e.g. Safety Engineer. 
- Specific Skills/Abilities: OHSAS18001 Occupational Safety; Computer literate
- Minimum 3 years working experience in safety management 
- Experience in railway track/or construction works shall be an advantage

- Able to write reports and liaise with others in HSE matters
