<Job Responsibilities>
・Support for Chief Accountant
・Accounting journal creation business
・Collecting cost information and maintain an expenses database
・Determine fixed costs
・Planing and recording variable costs
・Fixed asset management (depreciation calculation, management related to acquisition of fixed assets, etc.)
・Token money management
・Verification of goods purchased from Japan
・Creation and management of inventory tables
・Each tax related calculation
Preparation of financial meeting materials
・Putting and Constructing data accumulation systems in English or Japanese
・Preparing (monthly, quarterly and annual) cost forecasts
・Other tasks assigned by Managers
<Hiring Schedule>
- Expected 1st interview date : 2-3 days after submitting
- How many round interview : 2 times
- Expect joining day : on 15th April
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Degree: Bachelor
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level
(Report to VN Manager in Vietnamese, but when he/she put date in English or Japanese)
・Having working experience as a accountant at least 3 years
・Having accounting knowledge
