<Job Responsibilities>
Responsible for performing the operations of the plant's import and export activities
Undertaking:
- Making vouchers related to import and export
- Import and export customs declaration on Vnaccs software
- Contact the Bank for payment procedures: TT, L / C… ..
- Contact shipping lines to get booking and shipping schedule for shipments
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Male Female. Age from 23 - 28
- University graduate major in foreign trade / import-export / economics
- English: Business Level
- Knowledge of import and export procedures, at least 1 year experience in logistics position.
- Having basic knowledge about international trade conditions, payment methods for international transport
- Having knowledge of legal documents on customs procedures
- Proficient in office
- Can use ECUS5 or VNACCS software
- Planning skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to stick for a long time
