Supply Chain Management Department Manager - Medical Equipment

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Logistics (Manage shipping, transportation, import-export operation)
- Organize international, local shipping, transportation, trucking services
- Organize customs clearance process, tax declaration.
- Monitor Demo and loaner for congress, exhibition, workshop and so on via Staff assignment
2. Warehouse (Manage warehouse operations)
- Manage stock ordering & stock replenishment
- Organize daily stock-in & stock-out effectively
- Arrange cycle count/stock count to achieve minimum variance
- Monitor inventory such as Demo, Loaner, Consumable and sale goods inventory
- Prepare monthly &periodical reports for Demo & Annual Loaner Action Plan, logistic cost.
3. Process Management (Establish processes, procedures to improve the quality of supply chain)
- Set up, review and amend supply chain procedure to align it to company’s and group’s objectives.
- Develop efficient and effective process in co-ordination with all departments
4. People Management
- Delegate duties to the team
- Set objectives & KPI and ensure that the team achieve department's goal, do performance appraisal for subordinate every half year.
- Deliver training, coaching


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Any; Age over 30
- Bachelor degree or over
- At least 4-5 year experience relevant in supply chain, warehouse, import management
- At least 3 years as a Manager of Department.
- Sound knowledge of logistics and warehouse principles.
- Fluent spoken and written in English( Toeic 800 or IELTS 5.0)
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Good management skill, leadership skill
- Good communication skill, problem solving skill
- Integrity, teamwork, ownership
