** They don't have established company in Vietnam, so remote-control from Singapore and Japan head office.
** You have to work in your home and go out to contract factories in Southern Vietnam area. (almost every day)

<Job Responsibilities>
1. Delivery schedule management
- Plan of schedule from product development to mass production to shipment to release
- Confirm of production capacity and production LT before mass production - - On-site confirmation of production progress
- On-site confirmation of shipping status
- Report to the head office (Singapore / Tokyo)

2. Quality control
- Plan predictive and preventive measures for quality problems at the product development stage
- Quality confirmation of mass-produced products
- Inspection guidance at the factory
- Production environment check and improvement guidance at the factory
- Investigation of causes and improvement measures when quality defects occur
- Report to the head office (Singapore / Tokyo)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 27 - 40
- Gender : Male prefer
- More than 5 years experiences as production control and QC in manufacturing company
- Language skill : Japanese OR English (above business level)
- PC skill (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
- Person who can work flexibly
- Person who can go to business trip ( Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Thai, Cambodia)
- Person who is willing to work in remote work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experiences in foreign country
- Having leadership
