<Job Responsibilities>
①Business promotion related to new real estate development projects (Business
planning, concept planning, partnership negotiation (with VN-JP translation), Schedule
management, feasibility study & management, company establishment procedure,
contract making, authority consultation, etc.)
②Collect and organize the latest real estate marketing information

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree : Major is architecture or civil engineering
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 39 years old
・Having working experience as a Business promotion, Business planning or planning management in Japanese company in Japan around 3 years
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N1 level)
: English conversational level
Preferable requirement :
・Having working experience in Japanese construction or real estate company
