<Job Responsibilities>
Jobs related to accounting, banking, human resource management and office management:
- Managing all cash collection and payment issues and via banks; issue invoices, store and manage accounting books; check monthly and quarterly reports prepared by accounting firm.
- Manage employee's leave, calculate salary, report on PIT finalization.
- Support for jobs related to recruitment, labor registration, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
- Store and manage documents related to the company and its customers, the company's customer data source.
- Manage stationery and equipment in the company.
- Implementation of procedures related to foreign workers.
- Assisting other departments in preparing the company's training courses.
- Other jobs required by the company.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Professional in English (Speaking Japanese is a plus).
- Graduated from university related to Economics.
- At least 1 year experience in the same position (Accounting cum GA/ Admin)
- Dynamic, quick learning, ability to work under high pressure and time management skills, good planning.
- Able to adapt to changes in jobs according to actual requirements.
- Microsoft word skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Priority is given to the candidates who have experience working in the field of office management and personnel management, and work experience at Japanese companies.
