GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: Purchasing Assistant - Manufacturing
 Level: Senior Staff
 Contract Term: Permanent 
 Recruitment Reason: Expansion
 Expected joining date: ASAP
 Work Location: Tan Thanh, BRVT
 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Biweekly Saturday 8:00 -12:00
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

 Selection Process: Two rounds 


JOB DUTIES
 Report to Purchasing Manager
 Main Tasks:
- Coordinating department’s activities (as right hand for GM)
- Cooperating with other Department as a window. (Communication with other Dept.)
- Collecting & understanding all of Department's activities.
- Collecting, analyzing data and reporting both internal and external information to GM.
- Negotiating Contracts terms with sellers and services providers.
- Proceeding various issues based on indication from GM.
- Others works as instruct.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree 
- Have experience to work with Asia bosses (except Chinese and Vietnamese bosses)
- Language Skills: English - business level 
- IT, Report Skill is a must.
- Have working skills & Logical thinking
