<Job Responsibilities>
・Sales activety for Office Leasing
(Handling whole sales process, such as visit Tenant, client to explain the product and care until making contract and agreement)
・Making office leasing plan and management, and taking care after leasing
・Translate and Interpreter (JP - EN- VN), making related documents
・Other tasks assigned by Manager

< Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor degree
・Gender: Any
・Age: 24 - 35 years old
・Having working experience as a Sales or Sales Assistant in Japanese real estate company at least 2 years
・Language: Japanese Upper Business Level (N2 holder) and English Upper Business level
・Having experience of translate and interpreter (JP- EN- VN)

・Gender : Female
・Graduate from Japanese University
・Having N1 certificate
・Having strong interested in real estate industry
