GENERAL INFORMATION
 Position: DEPUTY MANAGER (CHEMICAL) - TRADING
 Level: Staff 
 Contract Term: Permanent 
 Recruitment Reason: Expansion

 Work Location: HCMC
 Work Time: Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:15pm)
 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus

JOB DUTIES
 Report to General Japanese Manager
 Assigned to Chemicals Business Department
 Main Tasks:
- Sales person in charge for planning and executing the business related to consumer chemical product area ( plastic, detergent materials, lubricant oil ) 
- Plan, propose and execute the tactics and strategy for the development of business, under the entire direction by GM and superiors.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers, suppliers (both Vietnamese and international) and other company’s offices
- Ensure proper internal control, including credit control, legal control, etc.  
- Business trip opportunity (domestic, sometime overseas). 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Desirable Experience and Background:
- Good Business English Skill is required.  
- Japanese is plus point. Other language such as Mandarin and Korean are also plus point.
- Background of Economy or Chemicals or close related major.
- Experience in sales-purchase, business development. Additional experience in production is plus point.
- Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint for presentation, communication and reporting purposes.
