- Develop maintenance process of equipment in the factory
- Manage all equipment for production
- Implement automation of equipment for production
- Repair, guide staff to repair PLC (programmable logic controller) control program for production equipment.
- Other tasks as assigned by the superior
- Age: 28-40. Gender: Male only
- Education: College Diploma in Mechatronics or Automation
- Language: Japanese Conversational level (equivalent N3)
- Experience: 5 years of experience as Maintenance Assistant Manager in manufacturing companies
- Experienced in repairing and maintaining equipment for production
- Know about PLC programming
- Understand how to control the servo engine
- Know about mechanical processing (lathes, milling machines, plastic injection machines,...)
- Know about ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system.
- Can build processes, guidelines, and standards for production.
- Understand and apply 5S
- Skills: problem-solving
- Good at Microsoft Office
- Good at using Mitsubishi PLC programming language
