<Job Responsibilities>
・This position is in charge of new products design (Original brand)
・Communicate with Japanese headquarter, make design using AutoCAD
・Verify new products durability by 3D CAD
・Report to Japanese Headquarter and Chinese branch
・Design Zinc alloy Die Casting

<Reason for hiring>
Currently they have a design team in China branch but due to the high labor cost in China, they need to start operating the design team in Vietnam in the future. They want to hire core candidate for this position.

<Training>
01 year training in Japan after entering in Company
During that time, they will provide house and Business trip allowance, VISA support.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor Degree (if they have Mechanical design knowledge, college diploma can be accepted)
・Gender: Any
・Age: 25-35 years old
・Language: Japanese conversational level (N3)
・Having experience in design using AutoCAD (2D)
・More than 3 years Working Experience as a mechanical designer or operator in Manufacturing industry
・The person who can stay in foreign country nearly 1 year

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Japan
・Japanese Business level
・English Conversational level

<Personality>
- Open mind, high motivation, can make action by themselves
- Less than 2 times job change experience in 20's

<Schedule>
- Interview round number: 3
・First round + Second round:
First, interview with Japanese General Director + Vietnamese GA
Interview at office. After finished, there will be skype interview with Design Department in Japan.
・Third round: Test about CAD and interview with Design Department in Japan.
