<Job Responsibilities>
・Managing the design team
・Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs
・Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients and creative projects
・Work with internal teams to develop Big idea for pitching and proposals
・Provide quality control over design outputs and production
・Develop and manage productivity and to continuously improve the design team’s production capabilities
・Working with other team members (sale/account team) to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor Degree
・Language Skills: English Business Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-32
・At least 5 years graphic designer experience at major advertising agency or marketing agency or creative agency
・At least 3 years’ experience for design leader position in agency side
・Be proficient in creative software, especially Photoshop, Illustrator
・Possess exceptional creativity and innovation
・Have good sense of graphics and colors, clean and clear style; keen eyes for details
・Have good time-management and communication skill, be able to work under pressure and deadlines, multi-tasking
・Quick learning, team spirit
・Can-do attitude, Open-minded and self – motivated
