<Job Responsibilities>
- Assist for Vietnamese Accounting manager's task
- Manage and in charge of general Admin tasks
- Settle of expenses and travel expenses, external payment, cash accounting
- Arrange air tickets and visa for business travelers from Japan
- Prepare invoice and send to client
- Other tasks assigned by Vietnamese manager
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age : 28 - 35
- Gender : Female preferred
- English skill : Business level
- Chief accountant certification (must)
- More than 5 years experiences as accountant in any industry (Trading company is better)
- Person who know how to use "FAST" (Accounting soft)
- Personality : cheerful, flexible, kind

- Japanese skill : Business level
- Having working experiences in Japanese trading company
- Japanese skill : Conversational level
