<Job Responsibilities>
1. As Interpreter / Translator:
・Interpreting: Mainly between Vietnamese and Japanese
・Translating: Between Vietnamese - Japanese, Japanese - English, English - Vietnamese.

2. As Secretary:
This position will be in supporting the General Director with tasks such as:
・Manage Director's schedule.
・Going with Director to meet clients (mainly Vietnamese companies) to interpret.
・Support Director in replying emails and phone calls.

3. Other tasks:
・Manage company's cash flow
・Manage papers, business cards, files,...


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor degree and above
・Age: 25 - 40 years old
For 25-30 years old, candidates need to be clear whether they will get married and have children soon or not.
・Gender: Female preferred
・Language: Have both below:
- Japanese business level (N2 equivalent and above)
- English business level
・Experience:
- At least 3 years experience as Secretary or Interpreter/Translator in Japanese companies.
- Have intermediate level in Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Company prefer Japanese to English.
・Have Chief Accountant certificate (For this candidate, they can consider promote he/she to be company's Chief Accountant)
・Prefer MBA candidates.
・Prefer candidate around 35 years old.
・Female who is already married and have children.

<Preferable Personality>
Bright, positive and most importantly calm, mature candidates are preferred.

<Interview schedule>
・Hiring reason: Currently Japanese General Director do not have an interpreter to communicate with his staff.
・Interview rounds: 2 rounds
・Interviewer:
- 1st round: Vietnamese Staff (Online or Face-to-face)
- 2nd round: Japanese General Director (Face-to-face)
・No Test
・Expected joining date: Before July 2020
