・Company started new product from 2019 and it is growing at over 10% of sales (they want to make it into 20-30% this year)
Example) Production preparation
- Manage production lines to make sure it's proceeding as planned.
- Make trial production/test so that the line can operate accurately and efficiently
- Make solutions if any problems occur
- Optimize all production processes such as production process planning, equipment planning, material procurement to perform stable operation and study line processes with good productivity
- Age: 25-32. Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: Japanese Conversational level (equivalent N3, to communicate internally and read technical docs)
- Experience: Over 3 -4 years of experience as Production Engineer (New Line Setup) in Electronic/Machinery industry
