Purchasing Executive - Manufacturing

<Job Responsibilities>
- Find suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, negotiate sales contracts, negotiate terms of payment and delivery.
- Purchasing components.
- Receive and process purchase requests.
- Strictly comply with the requirements on time, categories, sufficient quantity of goods and services at the request of customers with the best possible cost.
- Combine with relevant departments to check the product's ability to meet the requirements set out.
- Make a selection, compare offers and do the necessary analysis to choose the most suitable product.
- Carrying out transportation operations and coordinating in clearing customs. Combine with logistics department to make necessary procedures for receiving goods.
- Complaints and claims in case of defective products.
- Update information about purchasing goods and goods into the system and notify Sales / Technical Services Department of situation of handling and delivery of goods.
- Develop policies, check and create documents about product specifications, standards, service quality to select and evaluate suppliers.
- Management, classification, statistics, arrangement, regular reporting on goods.
- Making financial plans for the week, month and quarter.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・University graduation.
・Gender: Any.
・Age: 24 - 27.
・Language: Business level in English OR Business level in Japanese.
・Experience: 1 - 1,5 years working in Purchasing (not Logistics, work as only Purchasing).

<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Japanese N2 is priority.
・Candidates who have working experiences as Purchasing for Manufacturing Company is a plus.
