<Position overview>
・This position is called as Quality control (hereinafter referred to as: QC) Junior Manager in the company.
・The level in this department is as below:
1 QC Manager -> 1 QC Junior Manager -> 12 staff from the same department.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Create and update process charts, process work and standard documents relating to quality control.
・Assess customer requirements and ensure that these requirements met with customer standards.
・Product quality check.
・Take care problem relating to products errors (investigate the error and take countermeasures to fix the error)
・Take care customer complains (make reports, investigate the cause and take countermeasures to fix the cause)
・Report the check results to Superiors and Managers.
・Other tasks assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: College degree and above
・Gender: Any
・Age: 30 - 38 years old
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 and above, for communicating with clients)
・Experience:
At least 5 years experience in QA or QC position, only in companies which make injection moldings.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience working in Japanese companies.
・Have English communication level
・Have management experience.

<Interview process>
・Interview rounds: 2
・Interviewer: These two will join in both interview rounds.
- Japanese Director.
- Vietnamese Manager of the QC Department.
・Test: Might have
・Interview language: Japanese
