Monday-Friday (8am – 4:40pm)
Saturday: twice per month
Salary Range: 800 – 1000 USD Gross
Bonus and Incentives: 13th and 14th month bonus 
Selection Process: Two rounds 


JOB DUTIES
Report to Manager
Main Tasks: 
•Responsibility of Cost control 
- Develop costing activities to monitor company desired profits goals 
- To do cost analysis in order to reduce component and investment costs. 
- Analyze the actual consumption in latest months to calculate the monthly average consumption 
- Combine all information to support Manager to determine quantity to purchase & logical delivery schedule in order to save the capital, ordering cost, inventory holding cost & warehouse space 
- To support Manager's decision-making by providing all necessary information with a rapid identification of any unfavorable trend or any potential problem in time in order to start immediate corrective action 
- Estimate cost to reduce wip, stock and product costing 
- To build Min –Max level for safety stock and ensure appropriate inventory. 
- Make ageing report monthly to analyse and get solution to clear material stock long time 
•Responsibility of Sale Planning Coordinator 
- Get related forecast from local Sale company and other internal companies in Company’s Group
- Working with Planning team and Production team to know the daily actual status of production and scheduling delivery 
- Work closely with Customer Service & Purchasing team to support a smoothly production run with enough raw material & WIP 
- Support customer service activity to provide a promptly and best commitment to customer 
- Follow up Material Forecast, Material Monthly Plan 
- Analysis feedback from Production Teams or any other teams to work out improvement on workflow or procedures to streamline order processing
